2000 – 2009

2003 The outreach class of Hogben (Halswell) Residential School closed as a new approach to integrating students back into their home schools was developed.

2006, May, the opening of an extended and updated administration area.

2009, June 6, a major fire (starting around 2am) destroyed the school hall and administration area. All heating, electricity, phone and data connections were lost. Working long hours staff and contractors were able to reopen the school with the loss of only 3 school days. The re-building project was completed March 2011.
